Seja de carne, peixe, tofu, lentilhas,\u2026 Podemos variar e este nem vai ao forno!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais uma receita simples, r\u00e1pida e podem aproveitar as sobras que t\u00eam ai por casa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tradicionalmente, coloca-se uma camada de pur\u00e9 de batata, o recheio e outra camada de pur\u00e9 de batata. Pincela-se com ovo ou p\u00e3o ralado e leva-se ao forno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqui vou mostrar uma op\u00e7\u00e3o, sem pur\u00e9 de batata, sem prote\u00edna animal, com legumes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Curiosos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ent\u00e3o espreita a receita!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_20240326_125308-Enhanced-NR-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-407\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_20240326_125308-Enhanced-NR-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_20240326_125308-Enhanced-NR-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_20240326_125308-Enhanced-NR-768x960.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_20240326_125308-Enhanced-NR-1229x1536.jpg 1229w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_20240326_125308-Enhanced-NR.jpg 1638w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250gr millet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250gr couve flor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250gr tofu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200gr espinafres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shoyu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Azeite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimenta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piment\u00e3o doce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Come\u00e7a por cortar o tofu em fatias de 1 cm e marinar, 6h a 8h, em colher de sopa de shoyu, uma pitada de pimenta, uma pitada de alho em p\u00f3 (ou um alho fresco ralado), uma pitada de piment\u00e3o doce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para o pur\u00ea, coze o millet com a couve flor, em cubos, em 1,5 litros de \u00e1gua e uma pitada de sal, durante 25 minutos (at\u00e9 a couve flor e o millet estarem cozinhados).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se for preciso, podes juntar mais \u00e1gua, a ferver, durante a cozedura.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No fim desse tempo, escorre a \u00e1gua e tritura o millet e a couve flor com uma varinha m\u00e1gica. A consist\u00eancia \u00e9 semelhante ao pur\u00e9 tradicional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salteia, numa frigideira, com um fio de azeite, os espinafres. Tempera com uma pitada de sal e alho em p\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Na mesma frigideira, com um novo fio de azeite, coloca as fatias do tofu, sem a marinada.
