Concordas?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nem sempre temos\u2026 \u201ctempo\u201d\u2026 para fazer um pequeno almo\u00e7o de capa de revista. Na verdade, acho que n\u00e3o \u00e9 falta de tempo, \u00e9 disponibilidade, f\u00edsica e mental. Por isso, normalmente, este pequeno almo\u00e7o \u00e9 servido aos domingos. Dias em que nos levantamos com calma, sem hor\u00e1rios e compromissos (trabalho, creche e afins\u2026), \u2026 Podemos sentar-nos e comer devagar. Tento que, todos os dias, as refei\u00e7\u00f5es em casa sejam feitas sem pressa. Vou para a cozinha, normalmente acompanhada pelos dois pequenos seres, um deles diz logo que quer ajudar, e l\u00e1 avan\u00e7amos com uma tigela, farinha e bebida vegetal. Depois \u00e9 ir para o fog\u00e3o e fazer panquecas em s\u00e9rie\u2026 porque os gaiatos s\u00e3o pequenos mas comem como gente grande. As primeiras a sair do lume n\u00e3o precisam de coberturas e recheios\u2026 e nem chegam \u00e0 mesa! Sopa de \u00f3leo (usei grainha de uva)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. Ch\u00e1 de fermento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. Ch\u00e1 de bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. Sopa de sumo de lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pitada de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Come\u00e7a por misturar a farinha com o fermento, o bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio e a pitada de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depois junta a bebida vegetal e o \u00f3leo e mexe, at\u00e9 obter uma mistura homog\u00e9nea.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No fim junta umas gotas de sumo de lim\u00e3o, para ativar o bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leva ao lume uma por\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 formar bolinhas e depois vira e deixa cozinhar do outro lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repete at\u00e9 acabar o preparado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nota<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e3o para cerca de 28 panquecas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podes omitir o bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio mas, eu acho, que d\u00e1 um ar levezinho e extra fofo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podes usar outra farinha. Eu gosto de fazer um mix de farinha de aveia e farinha de am\u00eandoa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podes usar a bebida vegetal que preferires.
