Sobrou arroz integral e trigo sarraceno mas, em separado, j\u00e1 n\u00e3o d\u00e1 para uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sobraram legumes assados no forno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 sexta feira, chegas a casa e n\u00e3o tens vontade nenhuma de estar na cozinha. Ali\u00e1s, a \u00fanica coisa que apetece e ficar no sof\u00e1 e n\u00e3o pensar em nada. Deixar saltear 2 ou 3 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juntar um pitada de sal e \u00e1gua.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para 1 ta\u00e7a de trigo, juntar 3 a 4 ta\u00e7as de \u00e1gua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixar cozinhar cerca de 20 minutos, em lume m\u00e9dio baixo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesta ta\u00e7a usei arroz integral e trigo sarraceno que tinham sobrado. Para aquecer, saltei uma cebola num fio de azeite, com uma pitada de sal. Quando a cebola ficou mais molhe e transparente, adicionei o arroz integral e o trigo sarraceno.
