{"id":331,"date":"2024-02-13T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-13T08:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/?p=331"},"modified":"2024-02-15T07:30:34","modified_gmt":"2024-02-15T07:30:34","slug":"algas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/?p=331","title":{"rendered":"Algas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vegetais do mar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As algas s\u00e3o usadas h\u00e1 muito tempo pelos povos asi\u00e1ticos mas, por Portugal, tamb\u00e9m temos algas na nossa costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ricas em prote\u00edna, vitaminas e minerais, incluem-se no grupo das \u201chort\u00edcolas\u201d na Roda dos Alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O sabor \u00e9 naturalmente salgado e, por esse motivo, ajuda a reduzir a quantidade de sal na refei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Num texto anterior falei de como estamos habituados a usar sempre os mesmos alimentos. Pois bem, introduzir algas nas nossas refei\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 muito simples.
