N\u00e3o precisamos de usar batata. Podemos triturar tudo no fim ou cortar os legumes em cubos pequenos e comer assim.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A op\u00e7\u00e3o que trago hoje \u00e9 de um pur\u00e9 mas que, na hora de servir, junto alguns legumes e o \u201cnosso\u201d trigo sarraceno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 importante mastigar. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 para ajudar o processo digestivo mas para ajudar a \u201cdigerir\u201d as nossas emo\u00e7\u00f5es, sentimentos, frustra\u00e7\u00f5es\u2026 J\u00e1 ouviste ou disseste a frase \u201cEst\u00e1s a remoer\u201d? Pois bem, come\u00e7ar pelos alimentos \u00e9 um passo, que se torna h\u00e1bito, que facilita o nosso dia-a-dia, em v\u00e1rios patamares. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Receita \ud83d\udc47<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250gr ab\u00f3bora (usei ab\u00f3bora menina)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200gr couve-flor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebola m\u00e9dia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c1gua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal qb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curucuma qb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gengibre qb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Azeite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Num tabuleiro , de forno, colocar a ab\u00f3bora e a couve-flor, cortada em cubos m\u00e9dios. Temperar com sal, um fio de azeite e cobrir o fundo com um pouco de \u00e1gua.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixar assar, por 20 minutos. Mexe os legumes a meio do tempo para n\u00e3o queimar.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduz os legumes a pur\u00e9 (deixa alguns inteiros para a hora de servir) com um pouco de \u00e1gua e junta a curcuma e o gengibre. Usei em p\u00f3, uma colher de caf\u00e9 de ambos. Desta vez n\u00e3o fiz um creme aveludado e preferi que fosse mais liquida.&nbsp;<br>Podes usar os legumes que quiseres, na hora de servir.
