Porque nos s\u00e3o familiares, porque s\u00e3o h\u00e1bitos e, mudar h\u00e1bitos, requer sempre mais energia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crepes.&nbsp;<br>A receita tem poucos ingredientes, como tento que seja um h\u00e1bito por aqui. Tritura com uma varinha m\u00e1gica at\u00e9 obter uma mistura homog\u00e9nea.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vai adicionando a restante \u00e1gua at\u00e9 obter uma mistura mais liquida (consist\u00eancia de iogurte liquido).\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No fim junta o \u00f3leo e mexe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Numa frigideira anti-aderente, bem quente, coloca umas colheres do preparado at\u00e9 que o fundo fique coberto. Deixa cozinhar de um lado e vira, o crepe, para cozinhar do outro lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repete at\u00e9 acabar a massa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notas:<br>A receita d\u00e1 para uns 8 a 10 crepes. Reduz a quantidade de \u00e1gua e tens panquecas.<br>Podes substituir o \u00f3leo de grainha de usa por \u00f3leo de coco ou azeite, ou outro que prefiras. Podes at\u00e9 omitir o \u00f3leo mas eu acho que a massa fica mais male\u00e1vel.<br>A massa serve para crepes doces ou salgados.&nbsp;<br>A canela \u00e9 opcional.
