N\u00e3o deixa de ser sobremesa. N\u00e3o deixa de ter a\u00e7\u00facar. Por isso, consumir com modera\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqui vai a receita!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250gr Arroz (usei carolino)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml \u00e1gua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml bebida vegetal (usei bebida de arroz)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250gr de geleia de arroz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 colheres de sopa de amido de milho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 paus de canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Casca de um lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 colher de caf\u00e9 de curcuma<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal q.b.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canela em p\u00f3 (para decorar)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procedimentos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cozer o arroz em \u00e1gua, com uma pitada de sal. Reservar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Levar ao lume em lume m\u00e9dio baixo, num tacho, a bebida vegetal, o amido de milho, a casca do lim\u00e3o e os paus de canela. A bebida de espelta fica muito bem porque \u00e9 mais doce.\u00a0<br>Depois de juntarem a geleia de arroz provem e retifiquem, se necess\u00e1rio.
