E uns gostam de uma maneira, outros de outra,\u2026 Cada vez h\u00e1 mais pessoas a n\u00e3o comer carne. A receita \u00e9 simples. Com 8h de anteced\u00eancia, de prefer\u00eancia, cortar o tofu em fatias de 1 cm, colocar numa caixa com umas 3 colheres de sopa de molho de soja e dois dentes de alho ralados.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cozer batatas cortadas \u00e1s rodelas largas. Gosto de misturar batata doce com a normal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltear a cebola, cortada \u00e0s meias luas, em azeite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltear os espinafres em azeite e alho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltear o tofu, com um fio de azeite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picar a broa com dois dentes de alho e um fio de azeite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Num tabuleiro, para ir ao forno, dispor camadas de batata, cebola e espinafres. Por fim colocar as fatias de tofu e cobrir com a broa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Levar ao forno, a 180\u00aac, at\u00e9 a broa estar dourada (uns 15 minutos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notas:<br>-Serve umas 6 doses.<br>-Podem substituir os espinafres por couve.
