Sim, uma sopa sem batata pode ser cremosa!\u00a0<br>Temos por aqui f\u00e3s de couve flor?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para quem n\u00e3o \u00e9, experimente esta receita e junte-se ao clube! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 ta\u00e7a Millet (cerca de 250gr)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ta\u00e7a de couve flor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cebola m\u00e9dia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 a 8 ta\u00e7as de \u00c1gua (entre 1,5lt a 2lt)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal e azeite q.b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Num tacho (ou robot de cozinha), junta a cebola, cortada em cubos pequenos, a couve flor cortada grosseiramente e o millet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tempera com um fio de azeite e sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Junta \u00e1gua e deixa ferver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cozinha por cerca de 30 minutos, ou at\u00e9 o millet estar cozido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tritura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nota<br>&#8211; Separei em v\u00e1rios passos s\u00f3 para parecer mais dif\u00edcil \ud83d\ude01<br>&#8211; Podes juntar mais \u00e1gua se quiseres mais liquida, e menos pur\u00e9.&nbsp;<br>&#8211; Por falar em pur\u00e9\u2026. Se reduzires a \u00e1gua para 4 a 5 ta\u00e7as, ficas com um pur\u00e9 incr\u00edvel, para acompanhamento.
