Amassa at\u00e9 formar uma bola homog\u00e9nea.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leva ao frio, por 30 minutos, para repousar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estica massa, com ajuda de um rolo, e coloca numa tarteira (esta quantidade dar\u00e1 para uma forma de 22cm a 24cm de di\u00e2metro), e pica o fundo com um garfo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leva ao forno, pr\u00e9 aquecido a 180\u00aac, durante 15 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leva ao forno, pr\u00e9 aquecido a 180\u00aac, durante 15 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; Recheio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coze a ab\u00f3bora, em cubos, ao vapor. Reduz a pur\u00e9. Reserve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Numa ta\u00e7a junta a bebida vegetal, a geleia e o amido de milho. Leva ao lume brando e mexe at\u00e9 engrossar.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retira do lume e junta o pur\u00e9 de ab\u00f3bora, a canela,\u00a0 gengibre, cominhos e noz moscada. Por fim, envolve as nozes picadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verte o preparado para a tarteira, para cima da massa, e volta a levar ao forno, a 180\u00baC durante cerca de 20 a 25 minutos. A de espelta tamb\u00e9m funciona muito bem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usei ab\u00f3bora hokkaido porque, para mim, \u00e9 a mais doce, mas podes usar qualquer uma. Quanto mais doce for o legume ou fruta que usamos nestas receitas, menos quantidade de a\u00e7\u00facar adicionado vamos precisar.
