Lembro-me mais dos cereais com leite.<br>Mas agora gosto. Gosto das papas que eu fa\u00e7o. Papas de aveia, de millet, de arroz\u2026 e juntar a granola, frutos oleaginosos, fruta (fresca ou cozinhada), manteiga de oleaginosas\u2026 enfim, v\u00e1rias hip\u00f3teses!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoje trago uma receita de papas de millet, ou milho pain\u00e7o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230720_155122-1-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-119\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230720_155122-1-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230720_155122-1-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230720_155122-1-768x960.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230720_155122-1-1229x1536.jpg 1229w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230720_155122-1.jpg 1638w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150gr Milhet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>450ml \u00c1gua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150ml Bebida vegetal de soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pau Canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cascas de lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procedimento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Num tacho, juntar todos os ingredientes e levar ao lume.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixar cozinhar cerca de 20\/ 25 minutos, em lume m\u00e9dio\/ baixo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No fim, retirar o pau de canela e triturar (podes deixar as cascas de lim\u00e3o).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Servir com granola, fruta, manteigas de oleaginosas&#8230; o que te apetecer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nota:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normalmente, esta quantidade, d\u00e1 para uma por\u00e7\u00e3o. Podes fazer mais quantidade e, no dia seguinte, basta aquecer juntando um pouco de \u00e1gua ou bebida vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podes cozinhar s\u00f3 com \u00e1gua ou s\u00f3 com bebida vegetal (a que mais gostares).
