Pelo menos 1 dose por dia, que equivale a 1 colher de sopa de leguminosas secas (ou 25 gr).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vamos \u00e0 receita?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250gr de lentilhas vermelhas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cenoura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meia cabe\u00e7a de br\u00f3colos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 a 6 cogumelos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cebola pequena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dente de alho<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal e Pimenta q.b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salsa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230721_133003-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-114\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230721_133003-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230721_133003-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230721_133003-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/hana-nature.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/IMG_20230721_133003.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procedimento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demolhar as lentilhas em \u00e1gua, durante 24h.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltear, num fio de azeite, a cebola e o alho picados, a cenoura cortada \u00e0s rodelas ou tiras finas, os br\u00f3colos cortados em peda\u00e7os pequenos e os cogumelos em quadrados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirar a \u00e1gua das lentilhas e adicionar cerca de 100ml de \u00e1gua para triturar, com a ajuda de uma varinha m\u00e1gica, at\u00e9 obter um creme aveludado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juntar o creme obtido aos legumes e temperar com sal e pimenta. Deixar cozinhar por poucos minutos (m\u00e1ximo 2\/3 minutos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picar a salsa e envolver ao preparado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colocar num tabuleiro ou distribuir por formas individuais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Levar ao forno, aquecido a 180\u00bac, durante 25 a 30 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rende cerca de 9 queques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9 uma \u00f3tima alternativa para levar para a praia ou para um piquenique\u2026 ou para o lanche!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podes usar os legumes que quiseres, tem apenas aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos que libertam mais \u00e1gua.
